Thématique :

I am a PhD student on Bioncontrol of Salmonella enterica using bacteriophages, in food industry. I am doing some evolutionnary training on bacteriophages, in order to adapt them to multiple strains of Salmonella enterica serotype Kedougou. I am studying the mutations evolved in this adaptation, and the impact of these mutations on the interaction between the bacteriophages and the hosts.
