I am familiar with the arboviruses such as dengue virus, Zika virus, JE virus and chikungunya virus. Most of my research skills are about techniques to study viral infection including cell culture, viral propagation, plaque assay, flow cytometry, neutralization assay, etc. Proteomic analysis which contain 2-dimensional gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry was also the main method on my master degree research project to study the differentailly expressed proteins when the drugs were treated to the host cells. I also used ELISA method on Immunology to study the level of antibodies or cytokines after virus infection.
