L’objectif principal du projet est de suivre l’origine du SRAS-CoV2 dans des milieux naturels partageant des caract\u00e9ristiques biog\u00e9ographiques et socio-\u00e9cologiques avec le sud-ouest de la Chine (r\u00e9gions du nord de la Tha\u00eflande et RDP lao). L’objectif est de caract\u00e9riser le cycle naturel du SRAS-CoV2 et les modalit\u00e9s de son \u00e9mergence chez l’homme. Le risque zoonotique \/ d’\u00e9mergence des Sarbecovirus li\u00e9s au SRAS-CoV2 infectant des animaux sauvages dans le nord de l’Asie du Sud-Est sera estim\u00e9 \u00e0 l’aide d’un mod\u00e8le qui int\u00e9grera des donn\u00e9es \/ analyses phylodynamiques avec les facteurs socio-\u00e9cologiques, pour d\u00e9velopper de v\u00e9ritables strat\u00e9gies d’anticipation et de pr\u00e9vention des \u00e9mergences futures<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
