Si l\u2019approche \u00ab\u00a0One Health\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019est historiquement concentr\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9gions tropicales, un nouveau projet ambitieux \u2013 ZOOCAM \u2013 vise \u00e0 structurer une recherche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e en sant\u00e9-environnement en Camargue. Ce projet s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la future Zone Atelier Sant\u00e9-Environnement-Camargue du CNRS, avec pour objectif de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les recherches interdisciplinaires afin de fournir des r\u00e9ponses concr\u00e8tes aux acteurs locaux.<\/p>\n<p>ZOOCAM (PI\u00a0: F. Thomas, MIVEGEC) s\u2019articule autour de six axes de travail et poursuit plusieurs questions cl\u00e9s : identifier les agents zoonotiques \u00e9mergents en Camargue, comprendre les facteurs humains et environnementaux qui influencent leur diffusion, mod\u00e9liser les risques zoonotiques, et \u00e9tudier leur perception par les populations locales. Les axes de recherche incluent la recherche et la caract\u00e9risation de virus zoonotiques chez les mammif\u00e8res sauvages, l\u2019\u00e9tude des tr\u00e9matodes zoonotiques chez les mollusques et vert\u00e9br\u00e9s, en lien avec les polluants et facteurs environnementaux, l\u2019analyse de l\u2019impact de la pollution plastique sur les vecteurs naturels et les dynamiques \u00e9pid\u00e9miologiques, l\u2019exploration de la diversit\u00e9 parasitaire \u00e0 travers l\u2019ADN environnemental et mod\u00e9lisation des r\u00e9seaux trophiques et la co-construction de sc\u00e9narios de gestion des zoonoses avec les parties prenantes via des outils de simulation, formation et ateliers.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet, soutenu dans le cadre du PEPR PREZODE (Programme Prioritaire de Recherche), ambitionne de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s locales de surveillance et de gestion des zoonoses \u00e0 travers une approche collaborative et syst\u00e9mique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Partenaires<\/strong> : IRD-MIVEGEC (DS1, DS5), IFREMER, EPHE et CIRAD, acteurs locaux (Tour du Valat) et scientifiques impliqu\u00e9s dans la Zone Atelier Sant\u00e9-Environnement-Camargue.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Camargue, zone humide situ\u00e9e dans le delta du Rh\u00f4ne, repr\u00e9sente un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me temp\u00e9r\u00e9 propice \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9mergence de zoonoses.
