Son ambition est de proposer des pistes concr\u00e8tes pour am\u00e9liorer notre cadre professionnel afin de construire une unit\u00e9 et une science o\u00f9 chacun\u00b7e a sa place et peut s\u2019\u00e9panouir. Depuis les ann\u00e9es 2000, cette discipline se penche notamment sur le traitement du masculin g\u00e9n\u00e9rique et, plus r\u00e9cemment, de l\u2019\u00e9criture inclusive. Les donn\u00e9es exp\u00e9rimentales indiquent sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9 que la lecture de formes au masculin g\u00e9n\u00e9rique engendre un biais en faveur des repr\u00e9sentations mentales masculines, tandis que l\u2019utilisation de diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies d\u2019\u00e9criture inclusive semble \u00eatre en mesure de mitiger ces biais.
