We work on several models (Bacteria, Parasites, and Fungi) of known human pathogens and are developing a research continuum using multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches that can be descriptive (identification and description), mechanistic (understanding and explanation), interventional, and related to public health. Our research contributes to producing expertise and innovation (in terms of the ecology and evolution of infectious diseases in developing countries, diagnostic tools, biomarkers, therapeutic targets and candidate molecules, methodological tools, software).<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
