The GEAI is a group created since 2021. It is made up os volunteer officers from the unit and its main mis<\/p>\n

\u2013 Inform and sensitize<\/strong> the agents of the unit on the problem of psycholosocial risks (RPS) in the professional<\/p>\n

\u2013 Listen and accompany <\/strong>each agent in a situation of relational difficulties<\/strong> wich genrate discomfort and\/or suffering, within conflicts in the unit, in complete confidentiality.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Develop actions to prevent<\/strong> PSR and all forms of harassment\u00a0 and the violences within the unit<\/p>\n
